What is Experiential Training?
Experiential Training is learning by doing. Challenge provides Experiential Training Programs provides attendees with a structured, supervised program of participation in the practice of leadership, teambuilding and sales skills.
The goal of the various introductory and advanced sales and team building experiences is to help participants acquire practical skills and judgment and develop the level of confidence and responsibility needed for entry into the supervising and managing teams in a dynamic environment and thereby increasing their team’s effectiveness and efficiency.
